Recharge BitRaser Licenses with Offline Process

1. Insert the BitRaser Lock Key Dongle into the system.
2. Run the “BitRaserLockManager.exe” application.
3. Initialize the lock key.
4. Enter the order number associated with the recharge.
5. Generate a request code.

6. Send the request code to Stellar Information Technology.
7. Stellar will respond with the recharge license key.
8. Re-insert the BitRaser Lock Key Dongle into the system.
9. Run the “BitRaserLockManager.exe” application.
10. Initialize the lock key once again.
11. Select Enter the license key or license key file.
12. Enter the details in the box and click on Refill lock.
13. The lock key is successfully refilled.

Note: Online process is only applicable if you are using both variants (Online and Offline) of BitRaser Drive Eraser and have BitRaser Drive Eraser’s licenses on the cloud.

Here’s how to move licenses from BitRaser Cloud to BitRaser Lock Key using the License Manager.

Make sure you’ve logged into BitRaser Cloud and checked how many licenses you have available before you start.

Step 1: Find the License Manager icon at the top right of your screen and click on it. A new window will pop up with two sections: “License Information” and “Transfer License”.

Step 2: Click on the “Transfer License” section.

Step 3: Plug the BitRaser Lock Key into your computer’s USB port. Then click “Get Lock Information”. You’ll see some details about the lock.

Step 4: In the “Enter licenses to transfer from BitRaser cloud to BitRaser lock” section, type in the number of licenses you want to move. Just remember, you can’t move more licenses than you have available in BitRaser Cloud.
