How do I get my Licenses?

The product comes with Digital Delivery or Physical Delivery. If you select digital delivery, you will receive an email with your login credentials to BitRaser Cloud and product ISO. For physical delivery, you will receive a shipment containing Bootable USB device which includes the application and License USB with the number of ordered licenses. Once the order is confirmed, the product will be delivered to you in 3-4 business days.

If I order 1000 licenses, how many drives can I wipe?

We have a pay per drive usage policy. One license is consumed for erasing one hard drive, you will be able to erase 1000 drives using 1000 licenses.

Does your licenses expire?

Our Licenses never expire, you can use the licenses as per your convenience and be worry free on validity of licenses.

Do I pay separately for Technical Support?

No, we offer free technical support 24*5 (Monday- Friday) to our customers.

For digital delivery, you can place another order as per your requirement using the same email address and the licenses will be delivered to you in the same account automatically.
